Troubleshooting: Q1: Ensure your home circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable. Q2: Use one of the three compatibility modes available on the app to address flashing light issues. Refer to the user manual for specific steps. Q3: Tighten the wire cap securely during the wiring process, as failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power. Q4: Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band.
